Best Chest Exercises For Men To Build Chest Muscles Fast
Every man wants a wider chest, but there is no any problem as there are plenty of Chest Exercises For Men and Chest Workouts that are very effective and easy to put into practice. Most of them give you an opportunity to train at home. Surely these exercises can be seen in all gyms, but if you have a problem in getting enthusiastic to start gym, then this article is for you. There are many exercises that we all know and one of them is push-ups in which you lie flat your face toward the floor and try to push up your body with your arms without bending your back and legs. You can practice it anywhere you want-on the carpet, floor or on any kind of soft material and maybe a piece of thick rubber to lie or to fall on.
Pyramid Set
After some research I came to a decision that practicing 3 pyramid sets will benefit you more than any other gym trainings. Let me give an example to a pyramid set:
If you are capable of doing only 12-17 push ups, then it is better to take a 4 sets of 9, 7, 4 and doing it 2 times with every repetition being consist of 4 various mini-sets that will take only 2 minutes in general. This pyramid sets should involve the following push ups:
Normal push up- hands being outside the shoulders
Wide push up- putting hands 2 hand width apart from the shoulders
Closed push up- hands over each chest
For a new beginner it can be a little difficult to do all of these 3 pyramid sets, but if you practise it regularly for 6 weeks, you will see the difference day by day and get what you want- a bigger chest. If you think you can do more, then perform the sets by putting your feet up on a chair. After some time when you become stronger, you can repeat the sets more than before.
Increase the number of pyramid sets
The main rule here is that you can increase the number of repetitions to the nearest number that can be divided with 5. Let’s say, if your maximum capability is to do 20 push ups, and you are thinking about increasing it to 25, then do a set of 10,8,5,2 repetitions.
Use basic equipment
It is possible to do Chest Exercises for Men with very simple equipments such as a set of barbells or a bench. Lie down on a bench and put down the barbells to within3 inches of your chest, only a little below the Adam’s apple and then raise it and put it on the rack. As time passes, you will get stronger and it will become easy for you to lift more heavy weights.
Doing push ups with exercise balls is very efficient method too. Keep your hands on the ball and begin to lift and put down your body.
Exercise without Using Weight
The exercises that don’t need weight are also effective and easy. The method is that you put your hands together and squeeze for 15 seconds when sitting or standing. While doing this, try to focus on tightening your pectorals.
Summary: Don’t think that it is hard to get a bigger chest, you don’t need to spend much money on equipments or on personal coach, but getting motivated is very important. You have to do exercises regularly and systematically in order to be successful.
